1. Go to the relevant port call and click on "EDIT" to go to the detail view for the port call.
2. Click "ADD INVOICE" to create an invoice.
3. Select what type of invoice to create.
4. For the client select or change which contact to invoice.
5. Under "Bill to" select which invoice address of the corresponding contacts should appear on the invoice.
6. Select a due date for the invoice that will also be included on the invoice.
7. Click "CREATE" to create the invoice.
8. The invoice will appear in the invoices list for this port call as well as under "INVOICES" in the menu bar. Click on the invoice to see the invoice and make changes if necessary.
9. Under status the status for the invoice can be changed.
10. In the overview the invoice can be previewed or printed.
