Schedule types are important when we check the entries regarding their data quality. Please try to fill the parts with utmost care to reflect the reality.
Destination types

If there will be berthing, please select "Port" as the schedule's destination type.

If there is a canal or transit as a destination, please select the "Canal" option.

Drifting
Drifting is considered part of the voyage but DR3 has also flexibility for users to report drifting as a schedule. Please add distance over ground, consumption, etc information during the drifting period to the next arrival report. A detailed description of anchorage entry can be found in the Drifting Entry article

You couldn't find the destination from the list?
We normally have almost all ports but we provide the possibility for users to enter lacking destinations or customize the schedules as per their cases.
This is a new port: Adds the entry into the Port List.
This is a new canal: Adds the entry into the Canal List.
This is a new anchorage area: Adds the entry into the Anchorage List.
This is a new drifting area: Adds the entry into the Drifting List.
After you click Add button, you can find your entered destination in the relevant list. In this example it was a Harbour(Port) destination; thus, can be found from the same list as below:
Important: Please do not enter all your destinations via creating a new destination. This tool is designed to help you to create lacking ports. Please search the port within the countries first, if you couldn't find it, use this method and please inform us from support@herberg-systems.com as well.
How to cancel schedule entries?
It is possible to cancel schedule entries, for instance if the next port will be omitted. First, click on the desired future schedule entry (you can select multiple schedules via holding the ctrl button), and click cancel.
After canceling, the “Canceled” sign appears and the schedule font color grays out. If you don’t want to see canceled or past entries, you can click the “Show active destination entries only” tickbox from the bottom left of the window.
Be aware:
Cancelling a schedule that has full arrival and departure reports can only be done if the vessel has installed the Daily Report Version 3.22.01 (or greater). Please note that a cancellation of already reported entries may have impact on the Co2 reporting! So if you need to cancel a past entry, make sure that the entry may has to be reentered from the scratch as appropriate.
