1. To take quick Snapshot click on the button "Snapshot".
2. Alternatively click on the down-arrow and click on "CREATE AS…" to create a snapshot with a specific description.
3. Enter a description and click "CREATE"
4. After creating a snapshot a quick confirmation will pop up.
5. To view existing snapshots click on the down-arrow and click on "MANAGE"
6. On the left side a list of all existing snapshots for the respective voyage is displayed. On the right hand side the snapshot itself is displayed in a printable format.
7. To print the snapshot click the "PRINT" button.
