USER ACCOUNTS
The dialogue shows the user account information of the account you are currently using. If you are logged in with an administrator account, you can also see the sub-account table in the lower part of the window.
Your account details are the following:

PASSWORD
To change your personal login password, click on “Change Password”.
In the window that opens you can now choose a new password. Confirm by clicking on “Save New Password”.
CREATE NEW GUEST USER ACCOUNT
1. To add an account click on the “Create new guest user account” button on the panel to the right.
2. Step 1: A new window will open where the User Account wizard will guide you through the process. First, you need to choose a username and enter the e-mail address of the user. After that, you can click on "next".
3. Step 2: In this step, you have three options to choose from, in order to prefill the modules and user rights for the next step.
- "I want to use preset user account setting"
When choosing this option, the modules and user rights are preselected to fit a specific type of user, e.g. a vessel or supplier.
-"I want to copy the user account settings from an existing account"
When choosing this option, you are able to copy the modules and user rights from an existing account. This can be useful when you know that the modules and user rights of an existing account would also fit for the new guest user.
- "I want to create a customized user account".
When choosing this option, no modules or user rights will be prefilled on the next step. Instead, you are able to configure the modules and user rights on your own.
Once you're done with this step, click on "next".
4. Step 3: In this step, you can now decide which modules and user rights that you want the user to have. Note that, even if you selected an option to prefill this step for you, you can still add or remove modules / user rights on this page to better customise the account.
5. Step 4: Here, you choose which vessels that you want the guest user to see, on Fleettracker.
Tip: You can select all vessels by clicking on the green "select all" button, or uncheck all vessels by clicking on the red "uncheck all" button.
Remark: Whenever a new vessel has been added please consider if the new vessel shall be assign to a guest account.
6. Step 5: Last but not least, you need to confirm that you want to add the new guest user account that you just configured. You can do that by clicking on the "submit" button. A new user will be created and an e-mail will be sent to that user to provide the login credentials for Fleettracker.
EDIT, CHANGE PASSWORD, OR DELETE USER
On this page, you can also edit an existing guest user account, change the password of that user and delete guest user accounts.
1. When you click on "Edit", the wizard (similar to the add guest user) will open and you may change the settings there.
2. When clicking on "Change password", a new window will open and you need to enter the new password twice.
IMPORTANT: When changing the password for a guest user, the new password will not be automatically sent to the user. You need to manually send the password to the guest user.
3. When clicking on the "Delete" button, a "Delete user" wizard will open. Please take a moment to verify that you have selected the correct guest user account for deletion. Once you're sure that you have selected the correct guest user account, then click on the "Submit" button to submit the deletion request.
