The Data Quality Modul offers an overview of the reported data for IMO DCS and MRV. In the module, every report of a certain year is shown of a specified ship. Thus, controlling the reports for the end of year reporting is easier.

How to Set up Auto Data Quality Messaging?
You can set up auto-generated feedback reports for the vessels. In order to do that, you need to enter below
E-Mail of the Vessel:
Messaging Settings:
Reply Adress: The address that ship users need to create communication regarding the data quality messaging. This can be someone within the company or a department e-mail address for this topic.
Additionally, here is the Data Quality Manual available to download where almost all the warnings are explained with their causes and solutions.
Legend
1. For more information regarding the results click on the information button on the top right side.
2. A new window will pop up, which indicates the meaning of the overview. Red means, that there are errors in the report. Yellow means, that there are warnings within the report. Green means, that the report is correct.
View Options
1. You can check problems only. Thus, only reports with errors are warning will be shown.
2. You can also choose to mark the option Hide Cancelled.
3. Now, every report which was cancelled will not be any longer shown in the module overview.
4. You can hover over every red and yellow marked area. The mistakes in the report will be shown with a piece of short information.
5. You can hover over the distance for more information.
Changing Report
1. To change the report, just click on the arrival or departure report in the overview.
2. Now, a new window will open with the report. There you will find indicators of what needs to be corrected. You need to click the "Edit" button to enable editing.
3. After you finish with the editing, you need to save your changes via clicking "Save". For more information about how to edit reports, please check Reports.
DQ Report Notes
1. In this section you can write a comment or instructions that will be shown and send to the vessel along with the Data Quality Report. And/or you can also comment a warning acknowledgement in order to explain why the acknowledement has been done for instance, this comment will also be shown and send to the vessel along with the Data Quality Report.
Click on the button "Add comment o DQ report" or "Acknowlede warning(s)" , type your comment(s) and click on save.
2. Now the comment is shown on the overview and in the Data Quality Report of the vessel.
3. You can also delete the comment(s) at a later stage by clicking on the button "Remove comment from DQ Report" resectively "Remove Acknowledgement".
